The mission of the BCPA is to unite all those in Broward County, Florida who are interested in the profession of pharmacy by supporting and encouraging high standards of pharmaceutical practice; establishing and maintaining relations with medical and other health professions, industry, and government; and sponsoring continuing education programs for practicing pharmacist.
The Broward County Pharmacy Association (BCPA) was formed to unite all those who are interested in the profession of pharmacy in Broward County, Florida. Membership is open to any listened pharmacist, and pharmacy student enrolled in a recognized college of pharmacy, and any technician actively working with a pharmacist in a facility with an active pharmacy permit. Associate membership is available for any person who is otherwise not eligible for any other class of membership who wish to support the aims of BCPA.
Members of BCPA meet on the second Tuesday of every month, except for June, July and August. Credit for 2 hours of live continuing education are provided at the time to members in attendance and information of importance to the members, as it occurs, is provided as well.
